Howard Mann, Project Manager: Howard Mann along with his father Alfred Mann has been in the real estate development business with projects in residential and commercial projects since 1984. Their projects have included developing an upscale mobile home community with 220 lots, three storage facilities with over 1,400 units, a condominium development with 232 units, and a town home project with 146 units. In addition Howard built Emerald Gardens, a “state of the art” 16,000 square foot wedding and banquet facility on Badlands Golf Course in Las Vegas. Howard also bought and sold many commercial and residential properties with the largest being 80 acres on the Las Vegas Strip that was eventually zoned and sold to one of the world’s largest outdoor outlet mall developers. Howard has been visiting the flathead valley for 20 years and purchased his home in 1996 and has been a full-time resident of the valley for the last 7 years. In 2006 Howard saw a need and had a vision to build a premier residential community. He purchased the Silverbrook property in 2006. The property was then re-zoned and the Phase 1 final plat was completed in 2008. Howard, his wife and family enjoy outdoor activities such as snowmobiling, fly fishing, white water rafting, hiking and just about any outdoor activity.
Larry Sartain, Broker: Larry comes to the Flathead Valley from Las Vegas, Nevada where he was actively involved in residential and commercial real estate for nearly 20 years. In that 20 year span Larry formed his own real estate firm, successfully closing over 500 residential and commercial transactions.
